Ahead of the Mortal Kombat 1 release this September, NetherRealm has been revealing new and returning fighters. In an update today, it's lifted the lid on the game's Kombat Pack Roster - confirming the fighters included in this DLC.

After some rumours, Homelander from 'The Boys' has been officially confirmed. He will be joined by Peacemaker (DC) and Omni-Man (Invincible). There will also be some returning Mortal Kombat characters including Quan Chi, Ermac and Takeda.

Homelander is set to arrive in Spring 2024 with the game launching this year on 19th September 2023.

Alongside this, fans were also treated to another story trailer - this time focusing on Li Mei. Apart from her, it's been confirmed Tanya and Baraka will be returning as playable fighters. In addition to this, Goro and Darrius have been confirmed as Kameo fighters who will assist players in battle.
